Merrimack Thoracic & Esophageal Surgery
Your surgeon.
Your care. Close to home.
We are an independent surgical practice serving the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. Dr. Mane evaluates conditions of the lungs, esophagus, diaphragm and chest, with a focus on clear communication and care tailored to each patient.
We work with your referring clinician and coordinate testing, treatment and follow-up across local healthcare networks. Consultations are available in Salem, New Hampshire, and Lowell, Massachusetts.
Our practice provides surgical care through Lowell General Hospital and hospitals within Merrimack Health, and offers benign esophageal surgery locally to Southern New Hampshire patients through the facilities at Parkland Hospital in Derry. The hospital is selected to match your procedure, medical needs, and insurance coverage.
Community-based hospital care
Your surgeon. A connected local care team.
Our independent practice brings your surgical care together with the specialists, technology, and hospital resources you need. We help coordinate evaluation, treatment, and recovery across the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire.

Many of our thoracic operations are performed at Lowell General Hospital, with access to advanced robotic surgical systems, intensive care unit (ICU) facilities, and perioperative support. Cancer-center consultations and coordination connect the surgical plan with the rest of your cancer care.
Lawrence & Methuen, Massachusetts
Merrimack Health
Merrimack Health plays an increasingly important role in maintaining local access to hospital and surgical care for patients in Lawrence, Methuen, and nearby communities.
Its Methuen Hospital has a da Vinci 5 (DV5) robotic surgical system, expanding the technology available for selected minimally invasive operations close to home.
Our practice works with Merrimack Health to help patients access evaluation, surgery, and follow-up within their community. The operation and hospital are chosen according to each patient's needs, not the availability of a particular robot alone.
Merrimack Thoracic & Esophageal Surgery remains an independent practice. Our office will confirm the location of your consultation, testing, and operation, which may take place at different facilities.
